Smart treatments for healthy plants
On the 15th of July, we presented our work at the EU pavilion at the Expo in Milan. At the event: ‘Health Checks and Smart Treatments for our Plants’ organized by the European Commission, we presented our aims and objectives and demonstrated several first results to the visitors.
At the event the coordinator of BIOCOMES Jürgen Köhl, from Wageningen UR, gave a presentation about the objectives of the BIOCOMES project and talked in more detail about our work to control Lymantria dispar, Cabbage moth, and Powdery mildew.
Demonstrations about smart treatments
After the presentations, we showed examples of our future products such as seed coatings, parasitoid based products, formulations for microbial applications, and the production of nematodes.
